Holladay
The City Of Holladay
Holladay is one of the oldest continuously inhabited settlements in the Salt Lake Valley. It is nestled in the central portion of the valley, lying east, at the foothills of the Wasatch Mountain Range. Homes in Holladay are very appealing and sought after with their many mature tree lined streets and their fine older homes with heavily wooded, larger lots, and numerous meandering water courses.
Holladay still has remaining some of the older, original little cottages from the earlier settlers, but for the most part it is known for its lovely, well kept neighborhoods of larger, more affluent homes and massive, secluded mansions on acreage unanticipated right in the middle of the valley. Currently Holladay has had homes sell in the range of $145,000 for a small condo to $2,200,000 for a home on Murray-Holladay Road.
